Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided. The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the 19th day of December 2024 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906. 5. A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 5 will be held on November 26, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. EST. The meeting will be held in Ground Floor Conference Room 001 of Hilltop Apartments (HLTP), located at 23-5 Hilltop Dr., West Lafayette, IN.
