Description
The project scope generally consists of demolition and removal of all above and below grade infrastructure associated with existing property improvements, site clearing, offsite disposal, site fill, grading, and the establishment of site vegetation at 1315 Stillman and 1321 Stillman. In addition, scope of work will require obtaining identified permits and pest control services for the structures. Base Quote must include 130 cubic yards of select fill. This is a lump sum quote item.
