City of Pocatello (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Hiline Road Improvements Phase 1-El Rancho Blvd Intersection & Signal Improvements.

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Pocatello City Hall -Clerk's Office located at 911 North 7th Avenue, Pocatello, ID 83201 until November 25, 2025 at 3:00PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Hall Council Chambers at 911 North 7t Avenue, Pocatello, ID 83201.

The Project consists of constructing a traffic signal with dedicated turn lanes to replace the existing all way stop at the El Rancho Blvd Intersection. Hiline Road will be widened approaching the intersection to accommodate the additional lanes and storm drainage facilities will be installed. Sidewalk, curb & gutter and pedestrian ramps will be replaced in the area to improve ADA compliance. Contractor is also responsible for Traffic Control through the duration of the project and must adhere to the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Pedestrian access must be maintained through the project site at all times.
