HIGHWAY 47 WATERLINE RELOCATION

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids for the construction of the HIGHWAY 47 WATERLINE RELOCATION will be received by the

City of Troy located at 800 Cap Au Gris, Troy, MO 63379, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, February

27, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of

relocating approximately 3,020 feet of 10” PVC waterline and related appurtenances along Highway 47

to accommodate a MoDOT road relocation project.

Bids shall be on a unit price basis and the contract shall be awarded as a single prime Contract.

The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Four Points Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc., 17

Northport Plaza, Hannibal, MO 63401. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the

Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and may obtain

copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.

Bidding Documents also may be examined at Troy City Hall at 800 Cap Au Gris, Troy, MO 63379, Monday

through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Printed copies or digital copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during

the hours indicated above, upon a nonrefundable payment of $50.00 for each set. Upon request, the

documents may be shipped by priority mail or standard ground service at no additional charge. Expedited

shipping shall be at the expense of the bidder. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available

from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding

Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

Bid security, shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

E-Verify and the OSHA ten-hour certificates shall be furnished by the winning bidder upon award of the

project.
