NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Modesto, County of Stanislaus, State of California, will receive electronic sealed Bids for the following work: Highway 99 Water Main Crossings Improvements (I Street, G Street, and Sierra Drive) .

The City Clerk of the City of Modesto, California, will accept all required bid forms electronically through the OpenGov Procurement portal prior to Tuesday, December 30, 2025 and before 11:00 am , in accordance with the Contract Documents for the Highway 99 Water Main Crossings Improvements (I Street, G Street, and Sierra Drive) . The notarized bidder’s bond shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and filed with the City Clerk, Tenth Street Place, 1010 Tenth Street, Suite 6600, Modesto, California 95354, (Mailing Address: P.O. Box 642,Modesto, CA 95353) prior to the Tuesday, December 30, 2025 and before 11:00 am with the outside of the bid envelope indicating:
