NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Mount Pleasant will receive sealed bids up to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 5th, 2025 at the Office of the Town Clerk, 1 Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, New York 10595, at which time and place bids for providing the following Highway Materials will be publicly opened and read.

BITUMINOUS MATERIALS

TYPE 2 ALUMINIZED PIPE & ADS PLASTIC PIPE

WINTER SAND

TRAP ROCK

CONCRETE BLOCK

LIQUID ENVIROBRINE

LIQUID CALCIUM CHLORIDE

LIQUID MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE

Bid forms may be obtained from the Mount Pleasant Town Clerk's Office. Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope and clearly marked:

BID FOR (Name of Highway Material)

Sealed bids should be mailed and/or delivered to the Office of the Town Clerk, 1 Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, New York 10595.

Bids will be effective from April 1, 2025 through Mach 31, 2026 with the option to renew as per the specific terms and conditions set forth in each bid.

The Town of Mount Pleasant reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid or bids which it may deem most favorable to the interest of the town.

Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate Required.
