SCHUYLER COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE

The Schuyler Highway Department will be accepting sealed bids for the following:

  • Crushed Limestone
  • Guiderail
  • Ice Control Sand and Gravel
  • Tree and Stump Removal
  • Hot Mix Asphalt and Asphalt Specified In-Place Projects

Bid proposals will be available starting February 19, 2025 online at www.schuylercounty.us/highwaybids and at the Schuyler County Highway Department, 910 S. Decatur Street, Watkins Glen, N.Y. 14891. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Clerk of the Legislature, 105 Ninth Street, Unit 6, Watkins Glen, NY 14891 by Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Bids will be publicly opened that same day at 10:15 a.m. and will be considered by the Schuyler County Legislature at a later date. The County of Schuyler reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
