There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on April 15, 2026, at 11311 AR-96
Greenwood, AR 72936. The State reserves the right to schedule additional mandatory meetings. No bid shall be accepted from any bidder failing to attend any mandatory meeting(s).
