Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, April 22, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
Highway 96, Abandoned Mine Lands Reclamation located in Greenwood, Arkansas for the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment. PR #9302502
There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on April 15, 2026, at 11311 AR-96
Greenwood, AR 72936. The State reserves the right to schedule additional mandatory meetings. No bid shall be accepted from any bidder failing to attend any mandatory meeting(s).
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., 4700 Gaillardia Parkway, Suite 101, Oklahoma City, OK 73142.
