TOWN OF HIGHGATE, FRANKLIN COUNTY STATE AIRPORT (FSO)
THIS PROJECT WILL ENCOMPASS THE RECONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF WILDLIFE AND SECURITY FENCING. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK ITEMS INCLUDE EROSION PREVENTION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL, MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC, TREE CLEARING AND GRUBBING, DEMOLITION OF EXISTING FENCE, AND INSTALLATION OF 8-FOOT CHAIN-LINK FENCE. THE PROJECT HAS BEEN DESIGNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CURRENT STANDARDS OUTLINED IN THE FAA ADVISORY CIRCULAR 150/5300-13B, APPROVED AIRPORT LAYOUT PLAN (ALP), AND VERMONT ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTING REQUIREMENTS.
