Higher Education Transfer Platform

Empire State University is looking to contract with a vendor that can provide a platform to help SUNY Empire manage transfer information efficiently and support students through the transfer process.

SUNY Empire is looking for a platform that can provide:

• Course Descriptions of all US institutions with searchability
• Course Catalogs of US institutions
• Create and manage course equivalencies
• Ability to propose equivalencies for approval
• Ability for users to change proposed equivalencies
• Show our courses to create matches
• Ability to add both public and private notes to equivalencies
• Workflow between RO and Department Chairs
• Tracking of past & current evals and approvals/denials
• Ability to add descriptions/courses if not existing in database of equivalencies
• Open to students/staff
• User role controls
• Ability to send emails
• Web API
• Customizable public display
• Reporting of created equivalencies/usage stats, etc.

SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law 355 (5) {a}, which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity / product or service. SUNY Empire requests proposals to include evidence of the ability to meet the needs of the above specifications along with a per year cost proposal (quote) for the next three (3) years.
