Notes	The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the 2025 High Volume Roadway Resurfacing Project. This project includes four areas of focus for roadway Resurfacing: 1) Bridge Avenue from High Street to Rusholme; 2) Lincoln Avenue, from House #1038 to Thornwood; 3) Indian Road from Concord Street to May Lane; and 4) Pine Street, from address 6254 to address 6377. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor for the milling and overlaying of the existing roadway for the length of the various project locations, full depth PCC patches, curb and gutter removal and replacement, geo fabric / grid materials if needed, reset all existing utility surface features to finish grade, replacement of the adjacent driveway approaches, reconstruction of sidewalk at the intersections including ADA ramp construction, topsoil and sodding, and erosion control. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
