Project Description: High Valley Transit District (HVT) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consulting firms to provide program management services for the new Kimball Junction Transit Center. The selected Consultant will assist HVT through the design and construction efforts for the Transit Center, including required coordination with Summit County, Park City Junction LLC (PCJ), and other partners as outlined in the Public-Private Partnership (P3) Agreement.
