Bid Synopsis: *** REBID** (Previously issued as part of RFB# CN-10280 Dairy Equipment for Waupun Dairy)

The Department of Corrections (DOC) requests Bids for the purchase and turnkey installation of a High-temperature short-time pasteurization (HTST) Control Panel for the Waupun State Dairy on behalf of the Bureau of Correctional Enterprises (BCE) and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract for the delivery, installation and training of equipment. The HTST Control Panel will need everything to make it operate including all materials, installation, hardware, programming, etc.

The Waupun State Dairy produces 1,550,000 gallons of skim milk in 5 gallon and half-pint containers and ice cream and sherbet in individual serving containers annually. The dairy also sells the cream available as a by-product from the production of the skim milk it sells to customers.
