Notes	Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD", "District") is a Texas public school located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, encompasses approximately 127 square miles, and has approximately 47,000 students and 6,400 staff members. As part of the 2023 Bond Program, the Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for High School Stadium Scoreboard Replacement at five LISD High Schools. The project includes replacing all existing football scoreboards and time clocks with new scoreboards and reuse of existing scoreboard structure and infrastructure. The selected supplier must be able to complete the scoreboard replacement project at ALL 5 high school campuses. High school campus locations included in this project: 1. Flower Mound High School - 3411 Peters Colony Road Flower Mound, TX 75022 2. Hebron High School - 4207 Plano Parkway Carrollton, TX 75010 3. Lewisville High School - 1098 W. Main Street Lewisville, TX 75067 4. The Colony High School - 4301 Blair Oaks The Colony, TX 75056 5. Marcus High School - 5707 Morriss Road Flower Mound, TX 75028 -Four alternate options This request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) follows Government Code 2269. Estimated construction/public works costs (subject to change): $650,000. This number will change as the project is developed but should be used as an estimate for the purposes of this CSP. The estimated completion date for this project: The project must be completed before August 1, 2025. The architect drawings and specifications are provided by LISD's Architect, Glenn Partners for this project, as outlined in the design documents (attached under the "Attachments" tab of this proposal).
