High School Stadium Lighting Replacement

Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD", "District") is a Texas public school located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, encompasses approximately 127 square miles, and has approximately 47,000 students and 6,400 staff members.

As part of the 2023 Bond Program, the Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for the High School Stadium Lighting Replacement at five LISD High Schools. The includes replacing all existing football stadium lighting with new, LED sports lighting, and installing a new control hub in each stadium's control booth. Replacing lighting includes reuse of existing light poles and infrastructure.  The selected supplier must be able to complete the lighting replacement project at ALL five high school campuses.

2. Hebron High School - 4207 Plano Parkway Carrollton, TX 75010

3. Lewisville High School - 1098 W. Main Street Lewisville, TX 75067

4. The Colony High School - 4301 Blair Oaks The Colony, TX 75056

5. Marcus High School - 5707 Morriss Road Flower Mound, TX 75028

This request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) follows Government Code 2269.

Estimated construction/public works costs (subject to change): $3,200,000. This number will change as the project is developed but should be used as an estimate for the purposes of this CSP.

The estimated completion date for this project: The project must be completed by August 1, 2025.

The architect drawings and specifications are provided by LISD's Architect Glenn Partners for this project as outlined in the design documents (attached under the "Attachments" tab of this proposal).
