Description: Washington State Office of the Secretary of State is initiating this Request for Quotes (RFQ) to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase of a high resolution book scanner for archival material. The scanner will be used to digitize bound volumes, maps, posters, and other oversize or fragile materials. The equipment must support non-destructive digitization and produce digital images suitable for preservation and public access.
