The Army Contracting Command – Letterkenny Contracting Office (CCAM-DSL) is issuing this Sources Sought/Request for Information as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to perform safety inspections to the High-Pressure Boilers to include internal and external inspection of Government owned boiler systems located at Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW). Contractor shall provide two annual inspections, an Annual Internal/External Inspection Without Steam and an Annual External Inspection Under Steam. All inspections shall include inspections to describe condition of soot, corrosion, scale, oil, erosion, grooving, bulging, warping, or cracking and state if active or inactive, describe condition of seams, refractory, baffles, tubes, tube ends, pipe connections, rivets or stays. Describe
condition of boiler setting, supports, seams, pipe connections, location of any corrosion, leakage, overheating or soot. Please see attached file "Sources Sought High Pressure Boiler Inspections" for more information.
