The City of Attleboro (“City”) is seeking sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of one (1) High Lift Pump, specifically a Hayes Pump model 15H-7000AW, 4-stage vertical turbine (no substitutions) for the Russell F. Tennant Water Treatment Facility, 1296 West Street, Attleboro MA. This procurement is conducted under M.G.L. c.30B, §5.

Special Requirements:

Bid envelopes must be sealed and addressed to: Attleboro City Hall, Attn: Carol Brown, Purchasing, 77 Park Street, Attleboro, MA 02703. The outside of the envelope must be clearly marked “BID: High Lift Pump 3-4-26” and must include the bidder’s name and address, the bid opening date and time, and the name of the item being bid.
Bidders are required to submit all pricing on the Price Proposal Form (Appendix B) provided by the City. Failure to use the City’s Price Proposal Form, or failure to complete it in full, may result in the bid being deemed non responsive.
