This is a pre-solicitation notice ONLY of the Government’s intent to issue a solicitation in the near future for the following item:
Item: 40-foot-high cube container, Factory New or One-Time Used
Quantity: 14
Color: Tan
Location: Tucson, Arizona
The solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5.
This notice is not for a REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet bid Board System (DIBBS), https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. When published.
All responsible sources will be able to submit a quote which will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.
Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors not submitting a fully completed quote will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQA and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and may result in rejection of the same.
