Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided.

The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 15th day of May 2025 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on April 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. The meeting will be held in Hicks Undergrad Library (HIKS) located at 504 Mitch Daniels Blvd., West Lafayette, IN. Please meet in the Lobby near Room G950.
