NOTICE TO BIDDERS

COUNTY OF MARIPOSA invites sealed bids for the Health & Human Services Agency North County Campus Remodel/Addition, at 10304 Fiske Road in the community of Coulterville (Greeley Hill), California.

This project consists of (1) Site Utility improvements, including but limited to new generator, LPG tank and water storage tank. (2) Remodel of existing Campus Building and (3) Addition to the existing Campus Building. The project requires prevailing wage. NO DBE certification required.

A valid California Class “B” contractor’s license is required to bid this contract. A current Public Works Contractor Registration Number (PWCR) is required prior to bid opening.

Recommended Pre-Bid Meeting @ project site 10am, Friday, November 14, 2025

Bid Proposals must be received by: 2pm on Thursday, November 20, 2025
