INVITATION TO BID

McDuffie County is currently soliciting sealed bids for damage repairs related to Hurricane Helene at Eubank Park in Dearing.

Remove and Replace Chain link fence w/posts & top rail-4' high - 9 gauge {275 LF)

A separate bid is required for each individual location, but a Company is not required to bid each location in order to be considered. Bids will be received until September 17, 2025 at 2p.m. at the McDuffie County Finance Department located at 210 Railroad Street (2 ^nd floor). Any bid received after this date and time willnot be accepted.

All interested parties should obtain bid specifications by visiting www.thomsonmcduffie.gov or by contacting Lori Ducey at 706-597-2383.

Award will be made to the Company submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid. McDuffie County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest.
