Please read the scope of work to ensure you have a complete understanding of the requirements of this work. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on behalf of the Department of Labor and Industry (DLI), Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR), Commonwealth Technical Institute (CTI) located at the Hiram G Andrews Center 727 Goucher Street, Johnstown, PA 15905 is issuing this solicitation for an Adjunct Instructor to oversee Business Enterprise Program (BEP) training at CTI. The Randolph-Sheppard Business Enterprise Program (BEP) helps individuals who are blind to operate their own food service businesses in commercial, industrial, or governmental locations. The BEP program allows for priority for a blind licensee to operate at most federal and state locations. The term of the contract will be 2 years with three single year renewals. This IFB is comprised of the following documents, those with an asterick (*) should be submitted with your bid response along with required documents outlined in the SOW. 1. Adjunct Instructor Statement of Work (SOW) 2. Terms and Conditions_6100064132 3. BOP-1307 Lobbying Certification Form* 4. BOP-2201 2201 EO 2021-06 Worker Protection Form 5. Iran Free Procurement Certification Form* Any questions in reference to this IFB must be submitted individually and in writing via email by 2pm ET on Monday, August 4, 2025, to the L & I Central Procurement resource account - RA-li-OIT-BAS-Procur@pa.gov, with IFB 6100064132 - 12 HGAC Adjunct Instructor For BEP in the Subject Line. All questions and responses are considered an addendum to and part of this IFB. The Issuing Office shall not be bound by any verbal information, nor shall it be bound by any written information that is not either contained within the IFB or formally issued by the Issuing Office. The Issuing Office does not consider questions to be a protest of the solicitation. |
