Hexagon EAM Cloud Infrastructure Implementation, Setup, Configuration and Support Services (5 Years)

Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: MTA - IT requires a Hexagon managed Cloud Hosted Environment with multiple production tenants and non-production tenants for all agencies. This includes services for integrating the Hexagon EAM tenants with MTA security infrastructure for user authentication. Including also, the capability for MTA to create integrations between its EAM tenants and other on-prem or Cloud systems via Web Service APIs as needed. Plus, ongoing timely 2nd/3rd level break/fix support based on agreed upon SLAs, periodic requests for refreshing non-production tenants with post refresh updates as needed, and support for special requests requiring direct database changes. In addition, Hexagon to perform phased upgrades, first in the DEV environment, then in the TEST environment and then in QA with MTA’s approval before upgrading the production tenants. MTA requires collaborative support for delaying production upgrades related to show-stopper bugs with core and/or custom processes that may require additional time to enhance.
