Amendment 0002 removes the brand-name-only requirement for HESCO MIL 10 barriers and revises the requirement to brand name or equal. The Government will accept HESCO MIL 10 barriers or an equal product that meets the stated salient characteristics. Any equal product must be capable of connecting to and interlocking with the existing HESCO MIL 10 barriers at Cannon AFB without modification to either barrier system or the use of special adapters. Offerors proposing an equal product shall provide documentation demonstrating compliance with the requirement. No other changes have been made to the solicitation. The proposal due date remains unchanged.
Amendment 1 updates the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation form to enable download and changes the Pricing Worksheet to remove CLIN 0002 and 0003. No other changes have been made to the solicitation. The proposal due date remains unchanged.
Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico requires 4 brand name HESCO MIL 10 barrier system it is a multi-cellular, geo-textile lined welded mesh barrier system dimensions 7' 3"x 5' x 100". All perspective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be awarded. The NAICS for this action isAll Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing. Please review the attached salient characteristics for full requirement needs.
