Go to https://www.bidexpress.com and look for either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority Solicitations and RFQ 2941. You MUST be registered with Bid Express to view the RFP. There is a $50.00 fee to upload your Quote/Proposal. NO Bids/Proposals will be accepted via Phone, Mail, Fax, or Email
