Project Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2025-040, Herring Ave. Rehabilitation and Utility Improvements. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, June 12, 2025. The City of Waco Herring Avenue Rehabilitation & Utility Improvements project will include 1.62 lane miles of mill and overlay, 1564 LF of wastewater and 2706 LF of water improvements on Herring Avenue, Lyle Avenue and N. 30th Street.
