Project Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2025-050, Herring Ave. Bridge Rehabilitation. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 23, 2025. The Herring Avenue Bridge Rehabilitation will include 0.2 lane miles of mill and polyester polymer overlay and metal guard rail and walkway improvements on Herring Avenue.
