Herriman High School Greenhouse

Project Description: Jordan School District (JSD) is inviting qualified contractors (Contractors) to submit bids for the construction of a new greenhouse at Herriman High School in Herriman, Utah. The work will consist of a new, freestanding greenhouse located immediately east of the existing high school building on the south end. In addition to the greenhouse and its systems and equipment, the project includes a concrete foundation system, plumbing and electrical utilities, lighting, landscape and irrigation modifications and minor interior remodeling at one location within the school as required for tying into existing water and power lines.
The awarded Contractor will be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specifications and requirements of the bid documents.
This IFB is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence.
The Jordan School District Purchasing Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of JSD.
