Project Description: The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Remodel of approximately 4,000 square feet of the existing Herriman Community Center. This work includes the demolition and reconstruction of certain walls, flooring, ceiling tiles, sidewalks, and ADA ramps. The replacement of certain HVAC components (furnaces, condensers, ducts, etc.) and the replacement or retrofit of certain electrical components (lighting, outlets, switches, etc.).
