Description
The project consists of the removal of the existing 34’L x 33”H wooden retaining wall. Removal and replacement of 42’ of concrete sidewalk,
pruning the roots of the adjoining sequoia tree back
to allow space for the new retaining wall, and construction of the new concrete retaining wall.
Addendum 1 - Issued Monday, April 6, 2026
A non-mandatory meeting is scheduled for 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. Attendees shall meet onsite in the parking lot of Heritage Farm located at 1919 NE 78th Street, Vancouver WA 98665.
