Herbicide Products

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (¿eRFQ¿) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Core and Non-Core Herbicide Products (to include herbicides, weed killer, vegetation management products, and other related products) to the Georgia Department of Transportation (hereinafter, ¿GDOT¿ or ¿the Department¿) as further described in this eRFQ.

The Georgia Department of Transportation will act as the lead agency and will manage any resulting Contracts. Resulting Contracts may be a source for all State of Georgia governmental entities subject to the State Purchasing Act including, but not limited to; state offices, agencies, authorities, departments, boards, bureaus, commissions, institutions, colleges and universities. Any resulting Contract may also be available on a convenience basis to other governmental entities such as; local government, municipalities, cities, townships, counties and other political subdivisions within the State of Georgia. All entities authorized to utilize the resulting statewide contract(s) shall be referred to collectively as Authorized Users.
