Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of Hensley Grain Industry Track and Track Rehabilitation Construction will be received by the Southeast Arkansas Economic Development District, Inc. (SEAEDD) 315 East 8th Ave., Pine Bluff, AR 71601 until 2:30 PM CDT, March 25, 2026 and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud at 3:00 PM CDT, March 25, 2026.
The scope of work consists of construction of a grain facility industry track south of Eudora, AR near NLA Mile Post
39.5 and track rehabilitation on the North Louisiana & Arkansas (NLA) Railroad between Mile Post locations 0.00 (McGehee, AR) and 46.00 (AR/LA State Line). Work repair to the track includes tie replacement, ballast placement, and surfacing. Information to Bidders, INFRA and DRA grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained by contacting SEAEDD.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 90 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
