Dane County is inviting Bids for construction services to provide a structural steel canopy to provide shade for the seal exhibit at the Henry Vilas Zoo. The Public Works Engineering Division will receive Bids electronically until 2:00 p.m., July 10th, 2025 - RFB No. 325023. Henry Vilas Zoo Seal Shade Structure, 702 S Randall Ave., Madison, WI.

Background

The project will provide two steel canopies over each of the existing seal pond exhibits. Work will be conducted during open zoo hours. Close coordination with zoo employees and visiting public is required.
