The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: remove and dispose of existing wood fences and to replace them with new steel buck and rail fences and gates in 5 different areas totaling approximately 5,975 linear feet by October 31st, 2026.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the duration of the contract
Project Performance Time: May 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026. Site availability dependent on weather.
