Project Overview
A. Project Description
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is planning on replacing (2) Full-Service Maintenance Facilities in various
locations throughout the State. A/E services for these projects will be selected concurrently. It is anticipated that the top
five (5) ranked A/E teams will be short listed for interviews. An A/E team may be selected for one or multiple projects at
the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority and Owner. These projects and services may be awarded and
implemented in a slightly staggered schedule and utilize General Contracting delivery methods for construction
contract(s). Each project will be a separate professional service agreement and a separate construction contract.
All aspects of the project and related issues will be implemented and operated consistent with the Contracting Authority’s
and the Owner’s policies and procedures.
