Stockbridge High School scope includes removal of existing storefront systems from towers, installing new sill pans, and reinstalling storefront. Luella High and Middle Schools scope consist of the application of new thermoplastic-polyolefin (TPO) roofing system, on new cover board, over the existing modified-bitumen roof system. Removal of existing gutters, downspouts, expansion joint covers, roof edging is required for new installation. New metal gutter and downspouts, along with new metal roof edge, metal expansion joint covers, and HVAC duct flashing is to be installed. Where damaged existing roof insulation has been found, it will be required to be removed and replaced with a new polyisocyanurate board insulation.
