Hennessy Hall Classrooms and ADA Improvements

The City of Dodge City is accepting bids from qualified contractors for remodels at Hennessy Hall in preparation for new opportunities and programs to be hosted at the site. This is a Historical Building and work will need to be approved by the Kansas Historical Society. The work is focused on two primary areas of the building: 1st - remodeling the two restrooms located on the West Wing of the Ground Floor to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Dodge City Building Codes; 2nd - remodeling Classrooms 45A and 15. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
