The purpose of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist by determining if this effort can be successfully competed and/or set-aside for Small Businesses. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334510- Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing 1,250 employees. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran- Owned, HubZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is seeking potential sources to provide a Hemodialysis Units with Accessories. The Government’s requirement is to purchase this Hemodialysis Units with Accessories, for 4T Intensive Care Unit, Brooke Army Medical Center, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
All listed salient characteristics are applicable to Hemodialysis Units with Accessories are listed below:
Must have patient alarm featured both audible and visual
- Must have patient safety features that stop the machine when there is an error
- Must be completable with Current CKRT Fluid
- Must have a digital display
- Must have Adjustable Filtration fractions.
- Must be able to run off a battery for Patent movement.

Must be able to use these therapy modes.
- CVVHD: continuous veno-venous hemodialysis
- CVVH: continuous veno-venous hemofiltration
- SCUF: slow continuous ultrafiltration.
- No need for it to communicate with other devices or the EMR
- Must have FDA Approval.
