The Government anticipates a 12-month base period with four (4) 12-month option year contract. As part of its market research, the Medical Readiness Contracting Office -West (MRCO-W) is issuing this Sources Sought notice to identify and determine if there are potential sources which have the capabilities to lease one (1) Hematology Analyzer that performs general hematology procedures.
The successful offeror shall furnish all equipment, reagents, consumables, controls, and any services i.e., maintenance of furnished equipment to the Department of Pathology, under a Cost-Per-Reportable basis. Under the Cost-Per-Reportable Results arrangement, the Contractor is responsible for providing all equipment, reagents, controls, consumables, and any other parts or services to ensure the laboratory is able to execute the required testing. Contractor shall include delivery, installation, all calibrators/standards, reagents, and quality control materials. This requirement is for a base year beginning 1 January 2026 through 31 December 2026, and four option years if exercised.
This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/lnvitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this source sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. However, if a competitive solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Government wide Point of Entry, if applicable. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Government wide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

Interested Vendors shall provide the following information:
Organization name, physical address, valid POC email address, Web site address, telephone number, SAM EUI number, business size under sources sought notice NAICS 334516.
- Tailored capability statements no longer than 3 pages, addressing the particulars of this effort as stated in Attachment 1- Product Description, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational capability that can meet the government's technical requirement.
- Show proof all required analyzers meet the required characteristics and features listed in attachment 1.
- Submit the expected proposed Analyzers make and model along with identification of ATO approval number and expiration (if approved) or agree to go through the DHA RMF process to obtain the RMF ATO within acceptable timelines.
