THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY.





This is a Sources Sought Notice to find potential sources for a non-personal service(s) contract to support equipment, tools, materials, startup reagents, supervision, transportation, one service/operator’s manual, and other services necessary for the installation of a Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH) for Two (2) Hematology Analyzers (leased) and ancillary equipment in the Clinical Laboratory capable of performing on-board standard Hematology analysis at Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH). The Contractor shall provide non-personal services for Cost Per Test (CPT) pricing shall include costs covering: All associated equipment, all associated supplies and consumables, Scheduled and emergency maintenance, Set-up, installation, and removal of equipment, Training and written procedures/records as outlined in the attached performance work statement (PWS). See specifically section 5 for details on outlined requirement, project usage based on attachments 1&2 Estimated Workload Data & Historical Workload Data in PWS. A base period from 01 October 2025 through 30 September 2026 is estimated for this requirement. A sources-sought is a market research tool being used to determine availability and adequacy of potential business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition. The intent of this sources sought notice is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist by determining if this effort can be successfully competed and/or set-aside for small businesses. Upon closing of this sources sought, the government will use the information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. This requirement is anticipated to result in the award of a single firm-fixed price contract. Period of performance is tentatively anticipated as base plus three (3) additional option years. The government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expense associated with preparation or participation in this research. All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. MRCO-W will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought. Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought.
