Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Helper City.
Questions: Questions must be submitted via email no later than 3:00 P.M. on February 24, 2026. Questions regarding this RFP and the information within shall be directed to Cole Stapley at cstapley@helpercity.gov.
Submission due date: The electronic copy shall be delivered to Helper City Hall no later than March 2, 2026, at 4:00 PM to the following email addresses: communityadministrator@helpercity.gov with a CC to recorder@helpercity.gov.
