Helium Vessel for a 145 MHz cavity. (Please request stp. files)



Deliverables



One (1) helium jacket assembly including:




  • (1) main vessel

  • (2) large flanges for the top and bottom of the vessel

  • (2) flanges for the side (beam) ports

  • Documentation in pdf format including Welder Qualifications, Contractor QA plan, material certifications, as-built drawings, completed non-conformance documentation, acceptance test results and a letter certifying that the fabrication was done in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.

  • Revising RFP to best value trade off. Quotes will be evaluated using the criteria below listed in order of importance

  • technical merit

  • past performance

  • cost

  • delivery schedule
