This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. **

Requirement is to provide helicopter operations for transport of personnel and light lift materials to remote sites located within the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex (JPARC) in Eielson AFB, Alaska. PWS attached for reference and specific details.
