Project Description	Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract from prequalified bidders are invited for the following work: This project is to replace the vanities within student bathrooms throughout the Rieber Vista, Rieber Terrace, and Hedrick Summit residence halls. The work includes demolition of existing vanity counters, sinks, and faucets, and installation of new integral sink/counters, faucets, and associated plumbing reconnections and finish work. The scope of work includes 908 vanity replacements. All vanities in accessible suites are excluded from the scope and are addressed under a separate project: Hedrick Summit, Rieber Terrace, and Rieber Vista Accessibility Upgrades, Project No. 907113.01. The work will be divided into two phases: Phase 0 – Submittals and Procurement Phase 1 – Construction All work will be performed while the buildings remain occupied. Contractor shall coordinate the sequence of work carefully with the University’s Representative to ensure residents are not affected.
