Plano Independent School District is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for:

Hedgcoxe Elementary School Systems & Compliance Project

SCOPE OF WORK:

MEP items of work to include replacement of the existing two (2) air cooled chillers and pumps, complete replacement of the temperature controls and energy management system. Several utility and chilled/heating water system flow meters are being added as a part of the controls system rework. Pertinent TAB and Commissioning included but paid for and directed by the PISD. Replacement of fire suppression (wet pipe fire sprinkler system) valve assemblies. There is no architectural work other than there will be some incidental patching/painting and ceiling removal/reinstallation related to the MEP scope of work.

The estimated budget and Location:

Estimated Budget - $745,000 and $40,000 owner's contingency
