Heber Springs Public Safety Building Roof Replacement (1001 W. Main Street)
General Notice
The City of Heber Springs (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Heber Springs Public Safety Building Roof Replacement
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City Hall located at 806 W Main Street, Heber Springs, AR 72543, until Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
1. remove and dispose of composite shingles (17,500 sf)
2. installation of roof felt (17,500 sf)
3. Install asphalt starter course
4. Install high grade comp. shingles (laminated) (17,500 sf)
5. Install valley metal
6. Install Ridge Cap-Comp. Shingles
7. Install drip edge
8. Install flashing pipe jack
9. Install step flashing
10. Install roof vent
11. Install exhaust cap
12. mobilization and demobilization

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described above. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Owner will not be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than City Hall.
