The City of Houston is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide supplemental heavy trash collection services on an as-needed basis. This Heavy Trash Supplemental Program will be activated when regular heavy trash collection has been missed in designated neighborhoods for approximately one week. The selected vendor will provide equipment and personnel to collect missed heavy trash in specified areas upon activation by City of Houston.


The vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform supplemental heavy trash collection services as directed by City of Houston. Services shall be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. Please see scope of work for more details.


If awarded, vendor must provide certificate of insurance with City of Houston as additional insured and complete drug policy form. Required for vendors working on City property.
