Heavy-Duty Professional Production Scanner Purchases Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQs)
This is a Request for Interest (RFI) only and in no way obligates the Government in an award of any contract. Any information submitted in response to this RFI is strictly voluntary. This RFI is issued for the purpose of determining market interest, feasibility, and capability of sources. There is no solicitation package available.
DLA Document Services seeks to enter into multi award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for up to 60 months, for the purchase of Heavy-duty professional production scanner (“equipment”) and the following associated ongoing services.
The requirement will include:
- Delivery and installation of the equipment.
- Maintenance Warranties and repair of the equipment.
- Network functionality of the equipment.
- Information Technology (IT) Security Accreditation and technical support for the equipment throughout the duration of connectivity to the network.
- Training on use and daily operations/upkeep of the equipment,
- Documentation on material and supplies, hardcopy and digital User Manuals to be provided.
DLA Document Services requires the equipment and associated ongoing services at approximately 28 locations throughout the Contiguous United States, District of Columbia, along with non-foreign OCONUS locations including Guam & Hawaii. It is estimated, but not guaranteed, that DLA Document Services will order approximately 70 devices.
VB S1 - 100 ppm = 30
VB S2 - 120 ppm = 25
VB S3 - 140 ppm = 15

The expected North American Industry Classification System Codes (NAICS) for this action is 333310 and the expected PSC will be 3590 with a Small Business Size Standard of up to 1,000 Employees.
The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this RFI nor will the Government compensate any respondent with costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government.
