2026-2031 Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Services for Day Habilitation Programs in Cattaraugus County

OPWDD’s Contract Management Unit for Western NY DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Services for Day Habilitation Programs in Cattaraugus County. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, HVAC preventative maintenance services necessary to maintain the HVAC systems of three Day Habilitation Programs. Preventative maintenance will occur once per season. Contractor is also responsible for emergency services and non-emergency repairs/replacements beyond inspection and/or maintenance.

There is a MANDATORY site visit for this procurement. Please see details in the IFB. All bidders MUST attend if they wish to submit a bid.

Bid opening will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. Please refer to IFB, page 6 Section 13.A.(4) for detailed instructions.

Experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. All bidders should submit at least three (3) work references that will verify that the bidder or its principals have at least three (3) years of relevant experience to complete the work as listed in Qualifications and Scope of Work.

A Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder who attended the Mandatory Site Visit and that provides the lowest Total Estimated Annual Combined HVAC Cost.

Prevailing wage will apply.
